It is our aim to
provide the highest possible
standard of medical care for our
patients and during the course of
your consultation we will undertake
such examinations as appear to be
appropriate in all circumstances. We
treat everyone with respect and ask
that you extend the same courtesy to
all our staff. Please notify the
surgery if you are unable to attend
an appointment or if you change your
name, telephone number or address.
We always try to ensure your
consultation will start punctually,
but please be patient if there is a
delay as this may have been due to
an emergency.
The practice has
trained chaperones. Please ask at
reception if you would like a
chaperone to accompany you during
your consultation.
We are fortunate that a number of
other services are provided at 175
to which you would be referred by
your GP. These include Expert
Patient Groups, PALS (Patient
Advisory Liaison Service), vasectomy
and services for neurology,
warfarin, podiatry, diabetic
retinopathy and Parkinson's disease.
There is also a pharmacy (under
separate ownership) on site.
There is full access
for disabled patients at our
surgery.
